Long story short, no, you will not, as your scars are hidden in the crease of your eyelid. Keep reading to learn more about how Dr Kian achieves this for you.
The incision you receive will depend on your unique situation and be performed by Dr Kian, who is skilled in multiple eyelid surgery techniques. Before recommending if Upper Blepharoplasty suits you, Dr Kian will inspect your eyelids during your consultation and talk with you about your goals.
What can you expect from Upper Blepharoplasty?
A precise placement of the scar within the crease of your upper eyelid. When your eyes are open, this will typically leave a small scar concealed in the crease.
When you close your eyes, the scar can be discernible to trained eyes, nevertheless. With women, makeup makes this simple to hide. There will be a small extension to the scar into your usual crows feet lines, that usually fade well with time.
How long would it take for my results to show fully?
Although the results of upper blepharoplasty surgery are immediate, the post-operative bruises and swelling require two weeks to go away.
Sometimes, it can take many weeks for bruising to go away completely. Typically, it takes six weeks to experience the full effects.
How about things like makeup? How long will I have to wait to be able to wear it again?
After your operation, you can wear makeup seven days later. However, after having eyelid surgery, you won’t be able to use contacts for at least two weeks.
