Dr Nicole Chiang

Consultant Dermatologist & Medical Director

Dr Nicole is a UK-trained Consultant Dermatologist on the GMC Specialist Register. After completing her medical degree, she underwent her dermatology higher specialist training in Birmingham and Manchester.

She has completed two advanced Dermatology Fellowships in Oxford, UK and Sydney, Australia. In addition, she has gained further experience in medical and cosmetic dermatology at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston, and the Cosmetic Surgery and Skin Health Centre, Pittsburgh, USA.

She has published widely in many international journals and is a founding Committee Member of the British Society for Medical Dermatology and British Association of Dermatologists’ DermSchool. She is also a Medical Advisor for Melanoma UK.

Her specialist treatment areas are acne and rosacea, cosmetic dermatology, hair disorders and mole removal. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, cycling and swimming.

Dr Kian Tan

Consultant Plastic Surgeon & Surgical Director

Dr Kian is a UK-trained Consultant Plastic Surgeon on the GMC Specialist Register for Plastic Surgery. He completed his plastic surgery higher specialist training in Manchester and the prestigious National Oncoplastic Fellowship at The Royal London Hospital and St Bartholomew’s Hospital, London.

He underwent a Fellowship in Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery in Sydney, Australia where he was awarded the Certificate in Advanced Surgery from Macquarie University, Sydney. Dr Kian was also awarded the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) & British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS) Aesthetic Fellowship to fine-tune his cosmetic surgery skills at Cadogan Clinic, a leading cosmetic surgery centre in the heart of Chelsea, London. He has spent further time in New York and Boston, USA learning from world-leading experts in cosmetic surgery.

Dr Kian completed a Masters degree in Tissue Engineering for Regenerative Medicine at the University of Manchester and has published research in the breadth of plastic surgery including in the areas of wound healing, skin scarring, breast cancer/reconstruction and aesthetic surgery. He has given over 40 presentations, including invited lectures at international and national conferences, and has written book chapters in the field. He has won multiple national awards, including the John Calder Medal and the Patton Masser Memorial Award for his research.

Dr Weh Gan

Consultant Dermatologist

Dr Weh is a UK-trained Consultant Dermatologist on the GMC Specialist Register. He completed his higher specialist training in the North West and is currently undertaking a fellowship in paediatric and adolescent dermatology.

Dr Weh is a member of the British Association of Dermatologists. He is passionate about patient care and believes in providing personalised, evidence-based treatments that prioritise both the health and appearance of the skin. Dr Weh sees a wide range of skin conditions including skin cancer. His special interests include acne, eczema and psoriasis.

Jelena

Laser / Aesthetic Practitioner

Jelena is a qualified and experienced laser practitioner. She has spent 12 years in the aesthetics and laser industries. She has worked with various laser and light systems.

At Lumiere Clinic, she performs laser and light treatments, a range of aesthetic treatments and consults patients for their skin and aesthetic concerns.

Jelena has a passion for delivering great customer care and gaining the best results for her client’s concerns. She also has great attention to detail and is accurate with her treatments. Focusing on each patient and their specific needs, she loves helping to transform her patient’s confidence from their first consultation all the way through their journey with her.

Nichola

Aesthetic Nurse

Nichola is a Registered Nurse Prescriber under the Nursing and Midwifery Council since 2013. Nichola started her Nursing career at Blackpool Victoria Hospital on the Haematology ward. In 2016 she decided to follow her passion and transition into Medical Aesthetics. Nichola went on to train in level 4 laser and is now also highly trained in a wide range of Medical Aesthetic treatments such as anti wrinkle injections, dermal filler, skin boosters and skin resurfacing. Nichola has a passion for helping people build self esteem through promotion of healthy glowing skin.

Victoria

Victoria is a Dermatology Specialist Nurse, Independent Prescriber with further qualifications and skills in skin surgery/minor ops. She has a passion for all things Dermatology and will always strive to deliver the best care and treatment for patients. Special interests in Acne management/treatment and PsychoDermatology.

Anelia

Dermatology Nurse

Anelia is a qualified dermatology nurse with an interest in aesthetics. She was the lead dermatology nurse for 3 years at the Diamond Skin Care in Norwich, prior to joining Lumiere Clinic. She is a nurse prescriber with experiences in minor skin surgery and dermoscopy. Her special interest areas are skin cancers and acne. Alongside her dermatology clinics, she has an interest in health promotion and has created a campaign in promoting regular skin checks to educate healthcare professionals.

Kirsty

Clinic Manager

As an experienced practice manager with a vast background in cosmetic heath care practices, Kirsty has joined the Lumiere team to help us continue to grow. She is always there to support team members and ensure patients have the best experience whilst in clinic.

Alys

PA to Dr Nicole & Admin Assistant

Alys has joined the clinic from a medical background working in both private and national health practice. Alys brings a high standard of customer service along with an infectious personality. Alys strives to go above and beyond for all our patients.

Izzy

Clinic Assistant

Izzy joined our clinic having previously worked as a dental nurse/receptionist. She has also previously worked in customer service. Izzy works alongside our clinical practitioners and is always on hand to make sure your treatment goes as smoothly as possible.

Patient Advisor/PA to Dr Kian

Jules is an experienced Patient Advisor & PA. She has a key role in ensuring a smooth experience for patients throughout their cosmetic surgery journey. She personally sees that all patients are well looked after from their initial enquiry through to their surgery and aftercare. She is on hand to answer any questions or address any concerns at any point of the journey.
