Introducing Celluma – Our night LED Light therapy treatment

4th November 2022

**SOUND THE ALARMS**

We have a new treatment coming to the clinic, the Celluma LED Light therapy treatment!

What is LED Light therapy?

Low-level light therapy, also known as photobiomodulation, is the therapeutic application of light energy to the body and is based on Light Emitting Diode (LED) technology. It encourages a natural photobiochemical reaction akin to the photosynthesis of plants. The energy from the LEDs has been demonstrated to speed up cellular metabolism, repair and replenishment of damaged skin cells, and stimulate collagen formation, which is the building block of healthy, smooth skin.

According to research, LED light treatment may help minimise the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and superficial hyperpigmentation as well as smooth skin texture, boost lymphatic system activity, improve skin firmness and resilience, and increase skin cellular activity. All skin types can receive the painless, non-ablative, non-invasive therapy, which also has zero downtime requirements. Following treatment, patients or consumers can immediately resume their regular activities.

Why should I get LED Light therapy?

Low-level light therapy devices have been approved by the FDA based on considerable research and have been shown to:

moderate to mild acne vulgaris

– lesions of the superficial, benign vascular, and pigment

wrinkles and rhytides around the eyes

inadequate local blood circulation and flow

Does this treatment hurt?

No, when utilised as intended, light treatment is non-invasive.

LED devices are also considered extremely low risk.

How can I book in for this treatment myself?
