How many treatments will I need?
It is recommended that you take a series of 2-4 treatments spaced four weeks apart for the optimum outcomes. After 1-2 treatments, subtle changes can be noted. The number of treatment sessions needed will be determined by the amount of fat that has to be removed; this will be addressed during your consultation.
So, what can I expect from this procedure?
Once the fat cells in the targeted area have been destroyed, you will notice more definition around the face and neck, which will give you a slimmer appearance. Because your body requires time to break down and absorb the excess fat, it may take up to four weeks to experience the full results of the procedure.
What exactly does the procedure entail?
During the procedure, your dermatologist will inject a series of fat-targeting injections into the problem areas. Before your treatment, we can apply a topical anaesthetic or numbing cream.
