It’s Christmas time! A time for fun, family, partying and… skincare?
No, but in all seriousness, Christmas skincare should still be a significant priority for you. We can become a little bit lazy with our skin routines when we get busy and when you’ve got a get-together here, a staff night there, it can create quite a toll on your skin.
To help you get control over your skin this festive season, we’ve put together some helpful Christmas skincare tips to keep your skin looking more gleaming than the star on top of your tree.
1. Balance out the treats with some healthy food – It’s a tough one, we all want to indulge and eat all the food we can, but finding that balance is crucial!
2. Stay hydrated – Especially after a few mulled wines, water is your friend so keep topped up.
3. Rest up – It’s easy to get carried away over the festive period, but make sure you’re getting enough sleep.
4. Use a hydrating moisturiser – The cold weather and heating indoors can really dry out our skin, so we must counteract that.
5. Cleanse twice a day every day – This is kind’ve a given, but it can be tempting to skip when you’re tired out.
6. Keep stocked up on multivitamins – Especially vitamins like C & D during this time of year.
